| Dr. Harrick is a native Memphian with 21 years experience as a critical care nurse. Her study in Traditional Chinese Medicine began in 1985 after she utilized Oriental Medicine to promote healing from an illness of her own in 1983. Judi is the only Doctorate level practitioner of acupuncture in the Mid-South region and has maintained a private practice in Memphis since returning in 1990. Judi fulfilled a long-time goal by providing the vision, and the 'revolution' of Mid-South healthcare, by establishing a cooperative practice.

Dr. Juraschka has over 30 years of clinical experience treating individuals and families. He received his M.A. in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and PhD in Psychology from International College, Los Angeles, CA. He is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, an affiliate with Crisis Management International, Atlanta, Georgia, and on staff with the EMDR Institute, Pacific Grove, California. Because of his emphasis on treating trauma, anxiety and stress, Dr. Juraschka completed advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and became a facilitator with the EMDR Institute in 1996, and became a consultant and certified therapist with the EMDR International Association in 2000. Additionally, Dr. Juraschka has taught psychology courses at Lambuth College, Jackson, TN. and has facilitated EMDR training groups throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.

Shelia Rae, a native Memphian, lived, worked, and studied for 20 years in Colorado. She has trained with such notables as Ken Cohen, Paul Gallagher, Roger Jahnke, Christ Luth, Shou-Yu Liang, Wen Ching Wu, Michael Winn, Grand Master Foo, and Dr. Paul Lam.Returning to Memphis in 1997, Shelia has a dedication to sharing and promoting the study of Qigong and Tai Chi in the Mid-South area. She teaches at the University of Memphis, the University of Mississippi in Oxford, and has ongoing classes at several area churches, retirement homes, rehab centers, as well as the V.A. Hospital, and the YMCA. Choices of her classes include Tai Chi Chuan (YANG style long form), Wu-Chi (Primordial) Qigong, Dr. Nan Lu's Qigong for Breast Cancer, Medical Qigong, as well as taiji sword and animal frolics.Shelia is certified to teach Tai Chi for Arthritis, a SUN style form developed in Australia, and endorsed by both the Australian Arthritis Foundation and the American Arthritis Foundation.

Dunbar "Josh" Abston III, MA.

Josh has a Master's degree in counseling from Harding University Graduate School of Religion and is a Marital Therapy Intern, with temporary licensure. His area of expertise is working with various types of addictions; Nicotine, alcohol, drugs, gambling, sex, and food. Josh takes and integrative systemic approach to counseling along with experiential healing and psychodrama techniques. Emphasis is place on the spiritual aspects of people's lives in order for them to become whole and growth oriented. Josh's background is in Christian counseling, but he is not limited to those beliefs. Josh is currently working on his Ph.D. Appointments with Josh are available M-F, scheduling should occur through our office. |

MISSION: To give clients an opportunity to enhance their overall health through Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork -- physically, mentally and spiritually. Each client receives a treatment according to their personal needs that Trish acquires through consultation, massage and bodywork techniques, and, then suggested continued care for the client.
EDUCATION: As a 2003 graduate of The Massage Institute of Memphis in Memphis, Tennessee, Trish learned Massage Theory and Practice utilizing the Swedish Massage techniques and experienced Reflexology, Hydrotherapy, Electro/Heliotherapy, Aromatherapy, and other various Special Populations Modalities. She completed courses in Kinesiology, Pathology, Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology, Ethics, History, Indications-Contraindications, Law, and Business Management and Communication.
LICENSED & CERTIFIED: Trish is licensed through Tennessee Government Department of Health, certified through National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork(TCBTMB), and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association (AMTA). She is certified in Neck Pain Diagnostics- Management and Prevention,Receptor Techniques for Painful Necks, Frozen Shoulder and Shoulder Related Problems and HIV/AIDS study.

Marlene Bair, MAOM, LAc |
Marlene Bair is a nationally boarded acupuncturist. She earned her MAOM Masters of Arts in Oriental Medicine at the Texas College of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Austin Texas. She als holds a Masters degree in Nutrition, a level 3 Reiki certification and is a certified Yoga instructor.
One area of specialization and interest of Marlene's is the NADA technique for acu-detox. She also specializes in womens health, weight loss, addiction and recovery, neck and back pain, stress and anxiety.
By utilizing a combination of therepies such as acupuncture, nutrition counseling, herbs, body centered energy work, and guided meditation, Marlene tailors each session for each patient. Some of the benifits of her work includes inmproved mental clarity, increased energy and focus, and improved overall health.
