Dr. Juraschka has over 30 years of clinical experience treating individuals and families. He received his M.A. in Psychology from Middle Tennessee State University and PhD in Psychology from International College, Los Angeles, CA.

He is a clinical member of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy, an affiliate with Crisis Management International, Atlanta, Georgia, and on staff with the EMDR Institute, Pacific Grove, California. Because of his emphasis on treating trauma, anxiety and stress, Dr. Juraschka completed advanced training in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and became a facilitator with the EMDR Institute in 1996, and became a consultant and certified therapist with the EMDR International Association in 2000.

Additionally, Dr. Juraschka has taught psychology courses at Lambuth College, Jackson, TN. and has facilitated EMDR training groups throughout the U.S., Canada, and Europe.
